Over the holiday season, our #GiveGoodVibezUK campaign has been a huge success! We couldn’t be happier with the thoughtfulness we’ve seen from everyone who participated. We want to thank our ShokzSquadUK for helping us carry out this campaign and for making it SO impactful. We've very much enjoyed all your videos, photos, and stories showing us how you paid it forward. We are amazed at how many of our customers went the extra mile with us to help spread holiday cheer to strangers and friends alike. Since we received so many incredible stories, we wanted to share some of our favorites that touched us!
STORY HIGHLIGHTS
I chose to surprise Tom Kelsall, who suffers from Type 1 Diabetes. He's an incredible chap whom I have ridden with a few times. His dad, Neil looks after him whilst they’re out riding and makes sure his insulin is in check as well. Tom suffers from some deafness and also learning difficulties so finds it hard to interact with people at times. I think these headphones will really help him.
There is a local girl in my village who has a bad illness and has an operation next week. I chose to surprise her with the headphones to help keep her happy whilst she is recovering.
I gave some AfterShokz to my sister who has had a tough year and also works as a paramedic.She wants to get back into running, so hopefully they will help to cheer her up and motivate her!
Lyndsey is a busy mum of 4 children. She voluntarily organises lots of regular groups and events for the local community. In summary, she is a lovely, kind and very deserving person for a surprise like this!
Dan went out on a local Parkrun, where he took his Titanium AfterShokz to surprise an unsuspecting volunteer, as a way to say thank you for all that they do. As you can see, she was very happy with the gift - what a great surprise!
