How long will it take to receive my order after payment?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Which courier services are available?
Packages will be delivered by DPD or Royal Mail. The courier is automatically selected based on your shipping address and availability. Specific carrier requests are not supported at this time.
You can choose from two delivery methods:
Standard Delivery – Free of charge. Orders are usually delivered within 48 hours after shipping.
Premium Delivery – Available for an additional fee. Orders are usually delivered within 24 hours after shipping.
Note: The shipping time corresponds with the order processing time. For example, if you place your order before 14:00 with Premium Delivery, it will typically arrive within 24 hours. Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed on the next business day.

What should I do if I haven't received my parcel?
If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, or if it has been delayed for a significant period, please contact our customer service team here and provide your order number.
We will investigate the status with our warehouse and the shipping carrier. Once the loss or delay is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement shipment for you.
