How long can I receive the parcel after a successful paid?

Generally, the orders will be processed within 2 business days. For more details, kindly refer to below:

  •  The order placed before 14:00 from Monday to Friday will be shipped out today.
  • The order placed after 14:00 from Monday to Thursday will be shipped out the next day.
  • The order placed after 14:00 on Friday and weekends will be shipped out on Monday.

A final confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you once shipping out. During the promotion and public holidays, there will be some delays to shipping products.

 

How about the courier services?

Packages would be delivered by DPD and Royal Mail randomly, and the designated courier isn't supported at the moment.

There are 2 shipping methods to choose from. One is Standard Delivery made by DPD or Royal Mail. The second is Premium Delivery made by Royal Mail 24 hours service.

  • Standard Delivery is that you can get the parcel within 48 hours once shipping out for free.
  • Premium Delivery is that you can get the parcel within 24 hours once shipping out with extra paid postage.

Note: The shipping method is in correspondence with the process time. For example, if you place the order before 14:00 with premium delivery, you can receive the parcel within 24 hours. After 14:00, the day will be postponed.

 

How about the shipping fee?

The orders placed on uk.shokz.com enjoy free shipping fee with standard delivery.

The return postage of 30-day return&refund is on the customers. More details can be seen here.

 

What should I do when the parcel was marked as delivered while I didn't receive it?

If you don't receive the parcel while the logistics show it is signed, another parcel will ship to you after the lost confirmation with the warehouse and the logistics company. Please contact the customer service team here or email customer.service@shokz.com with your order number.
