Shokz DirectPitch™ technology uses reverse sound waves to optimize the distance and angle between the sound source and the human ear, resulting in relatively greater sound pressure toward the human ear and less sound pressure in directions other than towards the ear canal. How to wear OpenDots ONE?

1. Pinch the JointArc with your thumb and forefinger and raise it toward your ear.
2. Place the round speaker against the inner ridge of your ear and the cylindrical battery compartment behind your ear.
3. Adjust the earbuds for a secure and comfortable fit.
*Note: 1. For optimal comfort, it is recommended to wear the JointArc at an angle of 0° to 30° relative to the ground. You can adjust this angle based on your personal preference.
2. When putting on the earbuds, open them gently and avoid pulling them apart too much. Use one hand to follow the steps above. Also, refrain from bending the JointArc excessively when the earbuds are not in use.

We do not sell wireless chargers separately. However, any wireless charger that supports the Qi standard should be compatible with the OpenDots ONE.
How do I turn on Dolby Audio?
You can easily turn Dolby Audio on or off using the Shokz App.
