I have used other bone conduction headphones, as well as an earlier version of the Shokz headphones, and this new set is a step above. Very comfortable to wear, easy to control, and a noticeable step up in sound quality.

Ex military and I wanted something that allowed me to run, swim and cycle and still allow me to hear the world around me. These do the job and more. They arrived and the packaging was excellent - which is a great indicator of quality. They were really easy to set up and download music to. I use them in both Bluetooth and MP3 mode. I got them because I get bored in the pool and they help with both motivation and omit boredom of constantly doing lengths in the pool. What I love is I don't have to think about them. Once I am out the pool, I put them around my neck dry off and then run home / or to the the office. Moving the music / or Podcast forward or pausing is great and is really easy. It comes with a case which is nice and is designed to be in your sports bag as it is designed for wet environments too. Charging is really simple. The cable locks on magnetically so you don't have to fuss with the connection. They really have been a game changer for when it comes to being in the gym too. You don't have to fiddle or remove your headphones when someone comes up to you to chat. Great bit of kit - well worth the price....

I bought the Open swim pro with the aim to make my daily swim a little more interesting. It has done admirably to improve my mood during the laps. One of the only drawbacks it has is that the case it comes with feels flimsy and I worry that the headphones may break if put them with the rest of the items into the main compartment of my bag. Aside from that the only issue I have is the band perhaps being a little large for my head. I would recommend to any regular swimmers.

The openswim pro are my second pair of shokz headphones. I loved my first pair and used them most days for running, cycling, commuting and at work. This pair is even better being waterproof alongside bluetooth.

In 30 odd years of running I've never liked using headphones due to sweaty ears, the earbuds falling out and having to carry a mp3 player, phone etc.
The Open Swim Pro is a revelation and delivers the 2 main things I was looking for. 1. local storage & 2. shuffle mode.
Downloading files directly to the mp3 storage of the Open Swim Pro is via drag & drop and is an absolute doddle. (Getting the files downloaded from spotify and then converted into mp3 on the pc takes a bit of doing though.)
As for shuffle mode, I had to download the Shokz app onto my phone to get this sorted but again ever so simple to do.
The sound quality itself is fantastic and apparently can't be heard by others, and you really don't know you're wearing them, even after a couple of hours of use.
My only worry now is that I'm going to get locked up for being a loon as singing along while on a solo run is bound to get me reported.
