Very pleased with the headphone in Bluetooth but I’m unable to transfer music from Apple iTunes to MP3 format so that I can use it in the pool . Can you help me. Thanks

OpenSwim Pro. Excellent sound and performance. HOWEVER advertised battery life of 6 hours in mp3 mode doesn't apply when in swimming mode. I was getting about 4 hours with volume 2 steps below max. Queried this with Shokz via their warranty service and was asked to time the battery life at full volume in swimming mode. This was 2 hrs 39 mins. On feeding this back to them, was told:
"According to the actual test results given by the technical department the Openswim pro can be used for about 3.5 hours when fully charged and using the highest music and swimming sound effects in mp3 mode"
So..... great sound, and I'm very pleased with them BUT Shokz really should mention the above battery life for swimming mode in their marketing I think.

My new Shokz are a delight. I have the benefit of high quality music and speech where ever I want it with an amazing battery life and the fact they are so comfortable, I can and do wear them for long periods when I am exercising on dry land or in Water, and when I am just doing stuff at home. As a recently retired returnee to the family home who likes music, Shokz are allowing me to get my music fix daily without annoying my spouse who likes their peace and quiet but I am still able to hear what they say to me when I need to, so getting my music without seeming to ignore them. A big help to both of us for the life change that is retirement.

I’ve been a long-time fan of Shokz, having used the OpenRun for years and absolutely loved them. Recently, I tore my ACL, which has completely changed my routine—I can only swim until my surgery next February. It’s been a tough mental adjustment, but swimming has really helped, and getting the OpenSwim Pro has been a game-changer.

The sound quality underwater is excellent—clear, crisp, and surprisingly immersive for bone conduction. The fit is really comfortable and stays secure even through turns and different strokes. The battery life is great, and the controls are intuitive once you get used to them.

The only challenge I’ve faced is adding music. Unlike using a Garmin or Apple Watch, where you can sync playlists, the OpenSwim Pro requires manually converting and downloading MP3 files. It’s not difficult once you get the hang of it, but I didn’t realise this beforehand and had assumed I’d be able to sync music directly. While this doesn’t affect the quality of the product, a more seamless way to transfer music—such as integration with streaming services—would make it even better.

Overall, I’m really enjoying them, and they’ve been essential in keeping me motivated through my rehab. If you’re a swimmer looking for high-quality, hassle-free underwater audio, these are definitely worth it!
