OPENRUN (Refurbished)

Initially, I was hesitant about purchasing a refurbished product, but the price compelled me to give it a try. After ordering a refurbished pair of headphones, I encountered issues about two weeks later. The battery life was less than three hours, and as I am training for a marathon, having this happen while running was quite disruptive to my rhythm. Additionally, I heard a very annoying robotic sound coming from the right side of the headphones.

At that point, I was quite frustrated and regretted not buying a new pair. However, I wasnt much worried knowing that there was a warranty in place. I contacted customer service, who responded promptly and assisted me with my issue. They processed the return and sent me another refurbished pair.

It has been a week since I received the replacement, and so far, there have been no problems. Would I consider buying refurbished again? Yes, I trust that Shokz will provide support if needed, so I definitely recommend this product.

I wanted headphones that let me hear my surroundings while running (because I’m not quite ready to call myself a runner just yet), and I was sticking to a budget. What I didn’t expect was how much I’d love them off the track, too.
As an audiobook addict, I now wear them around the house — I can still hear the kids when they ask for a snack and even when I’m a passenger in the car, I can enjoy my own playlist or story while staying tuned into reality.

Very happy I treated myself - fitness goal met and my ears are living their best multitasking life.

I like these for my first try of bone conduction headphones. Sound quality is ok - not the best but good enough. Easy enough to switch by repairing but next time I’ll buy a more expensive pair that supports more dynamic switching between phone and watch.

If not for the packaging I could easily be led to believe these were brand new.

They’ve been perfect for listening to podcasts and music, whilst also being fully aware of my surroundings, even used them in my first ever parkrun.

Also, whilst with my AirPods I was always worried they would slip out, I have no such issues with the wraparound design on the Shokz.

You can't even tell they were refurbished, not from looks or from sound. They are a great product for running and for a great price..
