Good performance overall, but headset mode introduces lag

Overall pretty good, better than my old Air, especially the microphone quality. Using it in headset mode works pretty well in both Teams and Google Meet, but watching any video will have a big delay between audio and video (at least on Linux). Using it in HiFi mode (no mic) there's no lag and the sound is good.
Battery life is pretty good, I use it during the whole work day, around 8 hours, sometimes in meetings, sometimes just watching videos/listening to music and have plenty to spare at the end of the day. Charging time is quite quick as well.
There's a little imbalance in its weight, due to the microphone, and it is noticeable when wearing, which some people might find annoying, but move it a little bit and it stays on comfortably.

Exactly what I need

-Pure and natural sound
-Battery charges very quickly and more than 1-day work without charge
-I forgot that the headphones were on me, it´s very comfortable
-Mute can only be used on the phone, on the laptop doesn´t work, and you need to put mute on the computer
-Nothing compares with other brand
-It´s quite expensive, however it is worthy

Excellent for work calls out and about

I've been using these for a couple of weeks, and overall they're great. I was at a London Underground station with noisy trains, and the people on the call heard nothing but my voice. Although when train departed, I did struggle to hear them for a few seconds because they don't cover your ears. Not ideal for private calls if you're sharing a small space with somebody, as they leak sound to the outside world slightly at high volume. Other than that, great!

the worst customer support ever

I was just shocked that customer support quality lets say is not controlled at all. Guys, that is a total disaster. you can not sell online if the business is not ready with a simple quality support service- that always will lead to a negative attitude from the customer

I have bought two items with online purchase from the website but the purchase experience was totaly spoilled when i emailed the support with simple questions

(1) the purchase is not sent in one day as described
(2) have contacted the team with a request to cancel delivery (as i purchased the item by myself offline)- nobody answerred fast
(3) support team answers in 6, take attention,6 days after the email is sent. God, seriously?;)
(4) I have returned the item back, the money were not refunded 🤣

well, what can i add

Best headset for phone calls.

I studied hours and hours of reviews and videos before buying my shokz opencomm2 headset, and I'm so glad I brought them! The mic quality is second to non. I've talked to colleagues from noisy environments and while driving in my car and they thought I was still in the office. The ability to wear them all day without getting uncomfortable, or having to take them off when someone next to me is talking to me is a complete game changer. Not having them inside you ear enables you to be aware of your surroundings at all times. I couldn't be happier with my shockz, one of the best things I have brought in ages. 10 out of 10!
