I completed my first triathlon in June 2023. I had never swum in open water before and was very apprehensive. Thanks to my headphone, I was able to relax. Music helped me manage my stress in the water and then keep a good pace throughout the other events, including cycling and running. They are comfortable in and out of the water, they allow you to concentrate while remaining attentive to what is happening around you including indications from judges, or other participants, noises from cars or nature :-))
