1. Organizer
The “Prime Day Limited Kit Gift Promotion” (the “Event”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry and must be legal residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
3. How to Participate

Customers who place an order for selected Prime Day Kits on the Shokz official website from June 23rd 2026 to June 26th 2026 are eligible to receive designated free gifts according to the selected kit, while supplies last.

Rules:
Each Prime Day Kit includes the designated free gifts shown on the campaign page.
Prime Day Kits and kit gifts are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Kit gifts cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or alternative gifts.
Reserved customers may use their kit-specific £10 code for the reserved kit during the Prime Day Sale. The code is valid only for the reserved kit and cannot be used for other kits or products.
Confirmation of Eligibility:
Cart Display: Eligible kit gifts will appear in your shopping cart and at checkout when the selected Prime Day Kit is added to cart.
Real-Time Stock Verification: At the moment of payment, the system will confirm available Prime Day Kit and gift stock.
Out-of-Stock Handling:
If the selected Prime Day Kit or its designated kit gifts are unavailable at payment time, the transaction may be blocked and you may not be able to complete payment.
If the unavailable kit or gift is removed from your cart, simply retry checkout to complete your purchase with the remaining items.
Final Confirmation: The final order, including any applicable gifts, will be based on the contents of your cart at the moment payment is successfully processed. 5. Free Order Event: Customers can enter the Free Order Event by submitting their email and placing a qualifying Prime Day order. A total of 4 winners will be selected, with 1 winner announced on this page each day. Refunds will be issued on June 30 to the original payment method. Valid Prime Day orders only.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact, delivery of Prize and further marketing purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances. By participating in this Event, Participants and winner release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
