1. Organizer
The “Prime Day Preheat Lucky Draw & Kit Reservation” promotion (the “Event”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry; Participants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
3. How to Participate
Event 1: Prime Day Preheat Lucky Draw
There is one free way to enter: People who enter the drawing (“Participants”) must submit a valid email address from June 13th 2026 to June 22nd 2026.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event.
Event 2: Prime Day Kit Reservation
People who reserve selected Prime Day Kits through the Shokz official website from June 13th 2026 to June 22nd 2026 may reserve one selected kit with a £10 deposit.
Prime Day Kits are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each email address is limited to one (1) kit reservation.
Reserved customers will receive a kit-specific £10 code by email, valid only for the reserved kit. When Prime Day Sale starts on June 23rd 2026, reserved customers will receive a purchase link with the code applied, or may use the code via the reserved-customer entry on the sale page. The £10 code will be deducted from the order at checkout.
Unused reservations will be refunded on June 25th 2026, so limited kits can be released to other customers.
4. Event Description
Event 1: Prime Day Preheat Lucky Draw
● Raffle Prize pools:
[1] winner will receive one (1) Garmin Forerunner 165 White, redeemable through the Shokz UK website.
[3] winners will each receive one (1) 100% Free Shokz Headphones of their choice from all Shokz headphones available for sale, redeemable through the Shokz UK website.
[5] winners will each receive one (1) £50 coupon for extra saving, redeemable through the Shokz UK website.
[10] winners will each receive one (1) £30 coupon for extra saving, redeemable through the Shokz UK website.
● Drawing/Odds: All potential winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event.
● Announcement of winners: Potential winners will be notified via email on June 23rd 2026, which will also specify the details of the prize delivery by Shokz (the “Notification”).
● Acceptance:
The winner will be required to respond to the Notification email within 7 calendar days (“Acceptance”). If the potential winner fails to respond to the email Notification for any reason, including where the email is incorrect or has been identified as a marketing email and blocked by the participant's side, within the date and time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the T&Cs, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner.

Event 2: Prime Day Kit Reservation
● Rules: Selected Prime Day Kits can be reserved with a £10 deposit during the preheat period. Prime Day Kits are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
● Reservation Code: Reserved customers will receive a kit-specific £10 code by email. The code is valid only for the reserved kit and cannot be used for other kits or products.
● Redemption: When Prime Day Sale starts on June 23rd 2026, reserved customers will receive a purchase link with the code applied, or may use the code via the reserved-customer entry on the sale page. The £10 code will be deducted from the order at checkout.
● Unused Reservations: Unused reservations will be refunded on June 25th 2026, so limited kits can be released to other customers.
All rewards will be distributed subject to the Notification and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes. The shipping cost of the prizes will be covered by Shokz. Shokz does not guarantee the color or size of the prize, and the actual item received shall prevail. Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of all elements of the prize except for Shokz’s own headphones. The coupon can only be redeemed once.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact, delivery of prize and further marketing purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances. By participating in this Event, Participants and winners release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
