1. Organizer
The "Pick Your Card, Win the Draw" and "Win Your Order for Free" event (the "Event") are organized by Shokz (the "Organizer").
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry;Participants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, France, Germany, Benelux, Italy, and Spain.
3. How to Participate
Activity 1: Pick Your Card, Win the Draw
There is one free way to enter: People who enter the drawing (“Participants”) must submit a valid email address from March 20, 2025 to March 24.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event.
Activity 2: Win Your Order for Free
There's only a free entry: Who place order of discounted product during the Shokz Spring Sale from March 25, 2025 to March 31 will be automatically place in the pools, one lucky people will be randomly selected each day to receive their order for free.
4. Event Description
Event 1: Pick Your Card, Win the Draw
● Raffle Prize pools:
(1) 1st Prize: OpenRun Pro 2 Kipchoge Co-branded Edition (1 Winner)
(2) 2nd Prize: OpenRun Pro (refurbished) (5 Winners)
(3) 3rd Prize: Shokz Sports Towel (10 Winners)
(4) Participation Prize: Orders placed during the March 25- March 31 are eligible to win the exclusive Shokz Exclusive Gift, while supply last.
● Drawing/Odds: All potential winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event.
● Announcement of winners: Potential winner will be announced on shokz official website on March 24 and notified via email by Shokz on March 25(the "Notification")
● Acceptance&Claim the prize:
○ The 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners will be required to (1)respond to the Notification email or fill the prize claim links within 7 Calendar days; and (2)if the potential winner fails to respond to the Notification email or fill the prize claim links (any reasons including the email is incorrect or has been identified as a marketing email and blocked by the participants' side). within the date and time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible,or if he/she does not comply with the T&Cs, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner. Upon response or filling the prize claim links, the prize is expected to be delivered within 2 weeks, all subject to the actual logistics timeframe.
○ For Participation Prize, shokz will email you the exclusive link on March 25. Only orders made through this link are eligible to win the Shokz Exclusive Gift, while supply last. Exclusive gifts will be displayed in the shopping cart or checkout screen, if not, please refresh the shopping cart or checkout screen, the final eligibility of the gift is based on the product information displayed in the checkout screen.

■ Notification: March 25, Reply before April 4.
■ Prize delivery：April 7- April 21.
Event 2: Win Your Order for Free
● Raffle Prize pools: 7 winners will receive an official refund email notification from shokz on the 31st of March for orders placed between the 25th of March and the 31st of March, and the payment is estimated to be returned to the original payment account within 3-5 business days.
● Drawing/Odds: All potential winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event.
● Announcement of winners: Potential winner will be notified via email by Shokz on March 31(the "Notification").
● Timeline:
○ Entry : March 25- March 31
○ Selection and Announcement:
■ The First-round prize draw: March 27
■ The Final-round prize draw: March 31
○ Notification: March 31
5. Additional Rules
(1) Participants must ensure that the email address submitted is valid and accurate. Failing to comply may result in missing the prize notification or delivery.
(2) Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the distribution of a prize, Shokz reserves the right to provide an equivalent alternative prize. All prizes and gifts are designated by Shokz and, except for headphones, are not covered by shokz returns or warranties outside of quality and logistical issues.Shokz does not guarantee the color or size of the prize, and the actual item received shall prevail.
(3) If the event is affected by force majeure or changes in regulatory policies, Shokz reserves the right to modify or terminate the event at its discretion.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose outlined in the questionnaire and for organizing and managing the Event and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
By participating, attendees agree to the use of their image and name for promotional purposes related to the Event, without additional compensation.
7. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
