1. Organizer
The "UTMB Campaign Special Offer", "Symphony Lucky Draw" and "Win Your Order for Free" event (the "Event") are organized by Shokz (the "Organizer").
2. Eligibility
The Event is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
For participants residing in the Netherlands, the minimum age requirement is 16 years old at the time of entry.
3. How to Participate
Event 1: Symphony Lucky Draw
There is one free way to enter: People who enter the drawing (“Participants”) must submit a valid email address through the Email Sign-up Form on Shokz Official Website from August 18, 2025 to September 7, 2025.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event.
Event 2: Win Your Order for Free
There's only a free entry: Who place order on our Sport Headphones and Open-Ear TWS Earbuds during the Shokz UTMB Campaign from August 18, 2025 to September 7, 2025 will be automatically place in the pools, one lucky people will be randomly selected each week to receive their order for free.
Event 3: UTMB Campaign Special Offer
There's only a free entry: People who place order on our Sport Headphones and Open-Ear TWS Earbuds through Shokz official website from August 18, 2025 to September 7, 2025 have the chance to get an exclusive HOKA UTMB® Mont-Blanc and Shokz co-branded recovery ball.
4. Event Description
Event 1: Symphony Lucky Draw
● Raffle Prize pools:
(1)Grand Prize：OpenSwim Pro signed by random Shokz elite athlete (10 Winners)
*Note: The Grand Prize consists of an OpenSwim Pro randomly signed by a Shokz elite athlete. The athlete who signs each prize is randomly assigned, and winners may not choose or request a specific athlete. The signature shown in promotional images is for reference only, and the actual signed prize may vary. No replacement or exchange will be offered based on athlete preference.
(2) 1st Prize: OpenSwim Pro (15 winners)
(3) 2nd Prize: Shokz and HOKA UTMB® Mont-Blanc co-branded recovery ball (20 Winners)
(4) 3rd Prize: Shokz Cooling Towel (30 Winners)
● Drawing/Odds: All potential winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event.
● Announcement of winners: The 75 winners will be announced on the website on September 9, 2025, and contacted by email. (the "Notification")
● Acceptance&Claim the prize:
○ The Grand Prize,1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners will be required to (1)respond to the Notification email or fill the prize claim links within 7 Calendar days; and (2)if the potential winner fails to respond to the Notification email or fill the prize claim links (any reasons including the email is incorrect or has been identified as a marketing email and blocked by the participants' side). within the date and time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible,or if he/she does not comply with the T&Cs, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner. Upon response or filling the prize claim links, the prize is expected to be delivered within 2 weeks, all subject to the actual logistics timeframe.

■ Entry : August 18 - September 7
■ Selection : September 8
■ Announcement and Notification: September 9, Reply before September 16.
Event 2：Win Your Order for Free
● Raffle Prize pools: 3 winners will receive an official refund email notification from shokz on the 9th of September for orders placed between the 18th of August and the 7th of Semptember, and the payment is estimated to be returned to the original payment account within 3-5 business days.
● Drawing/Odds: All potential winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event.
● Announcement of winners: Potential winner will be notified via email by Shokz on August 22, August 29 and September 5. (the "Notification").
● Acceptance&Claim the prize: The winner will be required to (1)respond to the Notification email or fill the prize claim links within 7 Calendar days; and(2)If the potential winner fails to respond to the Notification email or fill the prize claim links (any reasons including the email is incorrect or has been identified as a marketing email and blocked by the participants' side). within the date and time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible,or if he/she does not comply with the T&Cs, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified. Event 3：UTMB Campaign Special Offer Special Offer
● Raffle Prize pools: 2000 Priority orders placed between 18 August, 2025 and 7 September will have the chance to grab limited Shokz and HOKA UTMB® Mont-Blanc co-branded recovery ball!
● Drawing/Odds: Gifts will be distributed sequentially in the order in which the orders are placed, and stock is limited to first-come, first-served basis.
● Confirmation of Winning Eligibility：Exclusive gifts will be displayed in the shopping cart or checkout screen, if not, please refresh the shopping cart or checkout screen, the final eligibility of the gift is based on the product information displayed in the checkout screen.

5. Additional Rules
(1) Participants must ensure that the email address submitted is valid and accurate. Failing to comply may result in missing the prize notification or delivery.
(2) Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the distribution of a prize, Shokz reserves the right to provide an equivalent alternative prize. All prizes and gifts are designated by Shokz and, except for headphones, are not covered by shokz returns or warranties outside of quality and logistical issues.Shokz does not guarantee the color or size of the prize, and the actual item received shall prevail.
(3) If the event is affected by force majeure or changes in regulatory policies, Shokz reserves the right to modify or terminate the event at its discretion.
(4)For the event "UTMB Campaign Special Offer", orders placed will have the recovery ball shipped together with the ordered products. All related shipping fees will be covered by Shokz.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose outlined in the questionnaire and for organizing and managing the Event and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
