1. Organizer
The "Shokz x UTMB® 2026 Mountain Rock n Roll Lucky Draw" and "UTMB Campaign Special Offer" events (the "Event") are organized by Shokz (the "Organizer").
2. Eligibility
The Event is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
For participants residing in the Netherlands, the minimum age requirement is 16 years old at the time of entry.
3. How to Participate
Event 1: Shokz x UTMB® 2026 Mountain Rock n Roll Lucky Draw
There is one free way to enter: participants must submit a valid email address through the Email Sign-up Form on the Shokz official website from 3 August 2026 to 10 September 2026.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void the entry and may result in disqualification from the Event.
Event 2: UTMB Campaign Special Offer
During the period from 3 August 2026 to 10 September 2026, customers who place an order for our sport headphones or open-ear TWS earbuds through the Shokz official website will have the chance to receive a limited gift. Gifts are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
4. Event Description
Event 1: Shokz x UTMB® 2026 Mountain Rock n Roll Lucky Draw
Prize Pool:
(1) First Prize: Hand-Signed OpenRun Pro 2 by Shokz Athletes × 1
(2) Second Prize: Shokz Waterproof Bag ×30
(3) Third Prize: UTMB Running Stone × 50 winners
Drawing/Odds: All winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event.
Announcement of Winners: Winners will be announced on the website on 11 September 2026 and contacted by email (the "Notification").
Acceptance & Prize Claim:
Winners will be required to: (1) respond to the Notification email or complete the prize claim form within 48 hours; and (2) if a winner fails to respond to the Notification email or complete the prize claim form within the date and time indicated in the Notification, including but not limited to reasons such as an incorrect email address or the email being identified as a marketing email and blocked by the participant's side, or is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these T&Cs, such winner and their entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner. Upon response or completion of the prize claim form, the prize is expected to be delivered within 2 weeks, subject to the actual logistics timeframe.
(2)The Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 prize may be signed by one or more of the following athletes: Tom Evans, Mathieu Blanchard, Arthur Joyeux-Bouillon, Blandine L’Hirondel, Shen Jiasheng, Hannes Namberger, Lucy Bartholomew, Ruy Ueda, Jan Frodeno, Sara Alonso, Yuri Yoshizumi, and Jisub Kim; the exact signer(s), signature placement, and item condition may vary and are subject to availability, and winners may not request a specific athlete’s signature or exchange the prize for cash or an alternative item.

Notification: 11 September 2026. Reply before 13 September 2026.
Event 2: UTMB Campaign Special Offer
Gift Pool: Eligible orders placed between 3 August 2026 and 10 September 2026 will have the chance to receive a limited gift. Gifts will be distributed sequentially in the order in which eligible orders are placed. Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
Confirmation of Gift Eligibility: The exclusive gift will be displayed in the shopping cart or checkout screen. If it is not displayed, please refresh the shopping cart or checkout screen. Final eligibility for the gift is based on the product information displayed on the checkout screen.
Event Period: 3 August 2026 to 10 September 2026
5. Additional Rules
(1) Participants must ensure that the email address submitted is valid and accurate. Failure to comply may result in missing the prize notification or delivery information.
(2) Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the distribution of a prize, Shokz reserves the right to provide an equivalent alternative prize. All prizes and gifts are designated by Shokz are not covered by Shokz returns or warranties. Shokz does not guarantee the color or size of the prize, and the actual item received shall prevail.
(3) If the Event is affected by force majeure or changes in regulatory policies, Shokz reserves the right to modify or terminate the Event at its discretion.
(4) For the "UTMB Campaign Special Offer" event, the gift for eligible orders will be shipped together with the ordered products. All related shipping fees will be covered by Shokz.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants' personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose outlined in the questionnaire and for organizing and managing the Event, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
