Comfiest headphones so far!

I really struggle with other headphones on or in my ears for long periods of time. I like to wear headphones to help with my concentration levels and find I can’t because of sore ears. But since having these I can wear them all day barely noticing they’re even there. And the best thing is I don’t need to take them off to have a conversation! A fantastic investment!

I was really impressed they come with a great compact case to keep them safe as well.

Met the hype

I was worried they wouldn't fit. I was worried they would move about with sweat on a run. Or the sound would be poor. I procrastinated over buying them for a year. I was wrong on all this. I got the open run pro, and they're brilliant.

The headphones I needed

These headphones have been a lifesaver for me, I have had a lot of different pairs of headphones but I’ve always either ended up breaking them or not getting on with them. But the openrun pros have been the best. One of the most comfortable headphones I have ever had you can barley notice them there after a while, the sound is loud enough if you want to be in your own bubble but with the bone conduction technology you can have some background noise while still going on with your day and for someone who travels a lot this is perfect. Outside the everyday use I have not had any issues with them while at the gym or doing any other exercises . It’s the pair of headphones I always needed !

I love these headphones. This pair were a replacement for an older pair of bone conduction headphones.

The mini fit is great, they stay put well and work with my glasses too.
Sound quality is really good, and they’re very easy to use.
I really like the new solid case as well, to keep them better protected.

Didn’t live up to the hype 😩

Bought my Open Run Pro at the start of August. Arrived on time and beautifully packaged. Very easy to set up but sadly that’s where the positive bit ends. Went on 2 x 10k runs and getting ready for a third run a few days later thought I’d put them charge. Weird light and noise started happening and unable to turn back on. Contacted the customer support who said it sounded like a sweat alarm?? Did as was instructed around wiping and cleaning them but no joy they are completely dead. So as they are marketed as running headphones and can’t handle sweat clearly not fit for purpose. I’ve asked for my money back, and the response is taking forever (raised the fault two weeks ago and since the message re sweat alarm heard nothing. So product pretty poor and ongoing customer service shocking. Given price point of these not a happy customer at all

A: Yes! OpenRun Pro have dual noise reduction microphones so that you can answer and make a call.

Q: Can Shokz's headphones work with hearing aids?

A: It depends on the type of hearing aids, the headphones are ear-hook style and suitable to wear at the same time with hearing aids if there is space at ear. With Bluetooth, the headphones need to be paired with a device to play the music via Bluetooth. We would suggest you can contact the support team of the hearing aids to confirm the function. Moreover, there are plenty of retailers with in-store demos, we encourage you to give them a try. Kindly see the retailers here.

Q: Can I wear OpenRun Pro and glasses together?

A: Definitely you can. OpenRun Pro designed with a full titanium hook and there is enough space to wear both OpenRun Pro and glasses.

① This data was the result of a test that was conducted using OpenRun Pro paired with iPhone 12mini (version: ISO14.3).
Test conditions: Paired OpenRun Pro with iPhone 12mini, adjusted to the standard EQ mode, played the music App on the IOS system, play the Lenka-Trouble is a Friend (Hi-Res). wav file, and set the volume to around 80% of the maximum volume.
Test content: OpenRun Pro battery was fully discharged and then charged to 100%. The audio file was played until running out the battery life.
The test result showed that the OpenRun Pro had a continuous playback time of up to 10 hours. In actual use, battery life depends on device settings, environment, usage, and many other factors.
The actual battery life will be affected by the type of audio, volume, temperature of your environment, and output of the USB port used to charge your headphones.
