This summer in London, we brought the Easy Miles spirit to life with Plodders Run Club and Let's Do This. Together, we enjoyed a relaxed Saturday morning run through Regent’s Park. No pressure, no finish-line frenzy—just an easy pace shared with friends old and new.
After the run, we gathered over coffee, sharing stories, laughter, and reflections on what running means when it’s about more than just numbers.
