August 28th, Shokz introduced the OpenRun Pro 2 to the world. The headphones offer amazing sound quality and are purposely designed for sports like running, trail running, climbing, and much more. Continuing the open-ear concept and addressing the needs of world-class trail runners for competitions, the upgrades focus on sound quality, wearing comfort, and battery life. Top trail runners, members of the Shokz Athletes, was invited to the launch. Everyone was welcome to listen to their running playlists and vote for their favourite.
All eleven Shokz athletes made it to the UTMB Finals. They trained and competed with Shokz headphones, enjoying music and podcasts that kept their spirits high and helped distract them from fatigue.
The new headphones were open to the public for trial at the UTMB exhibition, drawing an unexpected crowd to Shokz's booth. The brand also invited elite trail runners to participate in the TryShokzOn campaign, where they could borrow and wear Shokz headphones during the race.
