[Lucky Draw Event] - Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer
The [Lucky Draw Event] (the “Event”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
3. How to Enter
There is one free way to enter: People who enter the drawing (“Participants”) must complete the online drawing activity between 00:00:00 on 3 September 2026 and 23:59:59 on 30 September 2026 and submit a valid email address.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event.
4. Event Description

Raffle Prize Pools:
1st Prize: 2 winners will each receive one (1) Chloe Kelly-Signed Shirt.
2nd Prize: 8 winners will each receive one (1) OpenDots 2 Limited Edition Gift Box.
3rd Prize: 10 winners will each receive one (1) Football Earbuds Bag.
In addition to the raffle prizes above, all eligible Participants will receive access to Chloe Kelly’s curated playlist via email.
Drawing/Odds: All potential winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event.
Announcement of winners:
All winners will be announced on the Shokz website on 8 October 2026. Winners will also be notified via email on 8 October 2026. The Notification email will specify the information required for prize registration and/or delivery.
Acceptance: The winners will be required to submit the requested prize claim information within 7 business days after the Notification. If the potential winner fails to provide the required information within the indicated period for any reason, including where the email address provided is incorrect or the Notification email has been identified as a marketing email and blocked on the Participant’s side, or is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these T&Cs, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner.
Upon submission of the required information, the prize is expected to be delivered within 2 weeks, subject to the actual logistics timeframe.
Timeline:

Selection and Announcement: [8 October 2026]
Notification: [8 October 2026]
Prize Claim Information: Submit within 7 business days after Notification.
Delivery: Expected within 2 weeks after the required prize claim information has been successfully submitted, subject to the actual logistics timeframe.
All rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes. The shipping cost of the prizes will be covered by Shokz. Shokz does not guarantee the color or size of the prize, and the actual item received shall prevail. Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of all elements of the Prize including headphone products, where applicable.
5. OpenDots 2 Limited Edition Gift Box Sales Offer
Offer Period: 3 September 2026 - 30 September 2026, while stocks last.
A total of 100 OpenDots 2 Limited Edition Gift Boxes will be available for purchase on the Shokz website during the Offer Period. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
Each OpenDots 2 Limited Edition Gift Box contains:
one (1) OpenDots 2 in Pink;
one (1) Football Earbuds Bag; and
one (1) Chloe Kelly Card.
Among the 100 OpenDots 2 Limited Edition Gift Boxes, three (3) boxes will each additionally contain one (1) Polaroid photo personally signed by Chloe Kelly. The three signed Polaroid photos will be randomly included in three of the 100 Gift Boxes. Customers cannot select or request a Gift Box containing a signed Polaroid photo, and the inclusion of a signed Polaroid photo is not guaranteed with any purchase.
After all 100 OpenDots 2 Limited Edition Gift Boxes have sold out, Shokz will make available 300 units of the pink OpenDots 2 for purchase. Each eligible purchase of the pink OpenDots 2 under this offer will include one (1) Chloe Kelly Card and one (1) Shokz Earbuds Accessory Pianokeys as a complimentary gift.
The 300 units of the pink OpenDots 2 with the complimentary Chloe Kelly Card are also available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
The offer will end on 30 September 2026 or when all applicable stock has been sold out, whichever occurs first.
The complimentary Chloe Kelly Card and signed Polaroid photo have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative gift.
6. Warranty
Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of prizes or complimentary gifts provided or manufactured by third parties. Warranty coverage for Shokz products is subject to the applicable Shokz warranty terms.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of Event participation, winner contact, Prize delivery and further marketing purposes, in accordance with Shokz’s privacy policy [https://uk.shokz.com/pages/shokz-privacy-policy] and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Event, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
