1. Organizer
The "Shokz Easy-Miles-Connected-Moments Blog Giveaway" event (the "Event") is organized by Shokz (the "Organizer").
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
3.How to Enter Entry
There is one free way to enter: People who enter the drawing ("Participants") must submit a valid email address.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event.
4.Event Description
The Event consists of the following activity:
Activity: 【Email Entry & Selection】
- Raffle Prize pools: 3 winners to receive an OpenDots ONE.
- Drawing/Odds: All potential winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants for the Event
- Announcement of winners: Potential winner will be notified via email by Shokz on 15 September (the "Notification") and will be announced at the end of this blog.
- Acceptance: The winner will be required to respond to the Notification email within 48 hours ("Acceptance"); If the potential winner fails to respond to the email Notification (any reasons including the email is incorrect or has been identified as a marketing email and blocked by the participants' side) within the date and time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the T&Cs, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner. Upon response or filling the prize claim links, the prize is expected to be delivered within 2 weeks, all subject to the actual logistics time frame.

Selection and Announcement: September 15, 2025
Notification: September 15, 2025. Reply before September 17, 2025
Prize delivery: September 22 - October 5, 2025
All rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of the all elements of the Prize except for the Shokz's own headphones. Products purchased at discounted prices enjoy the same Shokz warranty policy.
Shokz does not guarantee the color or size of the prize, and the actual item received shall prevail.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants' personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact , delivery of Prize and further marketing purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
5.Liability
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.By participating in this Event, Participants and winner release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
