1. Organizer
The Shokz Launch Campaign (the “Campaign”) consists of two concurrent promotional activities: the Catch You Luck Clip lucky draw and the Early Access Voucher (each an “Activity”, collectively the “Campaign”). Both Activities are organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
- Participants must be legal residents of Great Britain.
3. How to Participate
A. Catch You Luck Clip
There is one free way to enter. Participants must complete the online drawing activity between 00:00 on 28 May 2026 and 23:59:59 on 3 June 2026 and submit a valid email address. Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification.
B. Early Access Voucher
Participants must purchase the £5 early access voucher on the Shokz website between 00:00 on 28 May 2026 and 23:59:59 on 3 June 2026. Participants are limited to one (1) voucher per person. Any attempt to obtain more than one voucher using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void the purchase and may result in disqualification.
4. Activity Description
A. Catch You Luck Clip
Activity: Catch You Luck Clip Lucky Draw
Prize pools:
- 1st Prize: 5 winners to receive a Shokz New Flagship Product
- 2nd Prize: 5 winners to receive a pair of Brook Ghost 18s
- 3rd Prize: 20 winners to receive a EveryWish￡15 gift card
Drawing:
Winners will be selected instantly upon entry via a random draw. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event.
Announcement of winners:
Winners will be notified via email on 4 June 2026, which will also specify the details of prize delivery. Winners of the Brooks Ghost 18s will be contacted via email for their shoe size, with fulfillment managed directly by Brooks.
Acceptance:
Winners will be required to respond to the notification email within 7 calendar days. If a potential winner fails to respond within the specified period, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, their entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner.
Timeline:
- Entry period: 28 May 2026 — 3 June 2026
- Winner notification: 4 June 2026 (reply by 11 June 2026)
- Delivery: for reference only, subject to actual logistics timeframe
All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes. Shipping costs will be covered by Shokz. Shokz does not guarantee the colour or size of the prize; the actual item received shall prevail. Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of prize elements other than Shokz’s own products.
B. Early Access Voucher
Voucher value: Each ￡5 voucher entitles the holder to a ￡25 discount on a single qualifying purchase of a Shokz new flagship model.
Eligible products: The ￡25 discount applies exclusively to Shokz new flagship models. It cannot be applied to non-flagship products, accessories, or bundled items.
Discount code delivery: A unique discount code will be sent to the email address used at the time of purchase immediately upon successful payment.
Redemption: Discount codes become active on 4 June 2026 and are valid until 23:59 on 22 June 2026. Codes not redeemed within this period will expire and cannot be reinstated. The discount code may be applied once to a single order and cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers.
Refund policy: The ￡5 voucher fee is non-refundable once the discount code has been redeemed. For participants whose discount code remains unused at expiry, a full refund of €5 will be automatically processed on 23 June 2026 to the original payment method. No refund request is required.
Timeline:
- Voucher purchase period: 28 May 2026 — 3 June 2026
- Discount code delivery: immediately upon purchase
- Redemption window: 4 June 2026 — 22 June 2026
- Automatic refund for unused codes: 23 June 2026
Vouchers and discount codes are non-transferable and may not be resold. All vouchers are subject to availability. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative offers.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact, delivery of prizes, and further marketing purposes, in accordance with the privacy policy [link] and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
By participating, attendees agree to the use of their image and name for promotional purposes related to the Event, without additional compensation.
6. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances. By participating in this Event, participants and winners release Shokz from any and all liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described) arising out of participation in the Event and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death, or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable national, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
