[Share Story] - Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer
The [Share Story] (the "Event") is organized by Shokz (the "Organizer")
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
3.How to Enter
There is one free way to enter: People who enter the activity (“Participants”) must complete the online entry form between 00:00:00 on 15 May 2026 and 23:59:59 on 16 June 2026, provide a valid email address, and submit a written story relating to running, sport, or healthy living.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event.
4.Event Description

Prize Pool:
There will be a total of 18 prizes available:
(a)First Prize: 5 winners will each receive one entry to the 2026 AJ Bell Great North Run;
(b)Second Prize: 3 winners will each receive one Shokz OpenRun Pro 2; and
(c)Third Prize: 10 winners will each receive one Shokz Summer Running Belt.
Winner Selection: Winners are selected based on the quality, detail, and authenticity of the written narrative. Eligible entries will be reviewed by the review team. The review team will assess entries against the criteria set out in these Terms and will take reasonable steps to ensure that entries are reviewed fairly and consistently.
The review team will evaluate submissions based on the following criteria:
- Narrative Quality & Impact: Submissions should demonstrate a clear, positive transformation in the author's life (physical, mental, or lifestyle) supported by vivid details and sensory descriptions.
- Emotional Resonance : Entries are evaluated on their ability to connect with readers through authentic storytelling, showcasing personal growth, challenges overcome, or genuine joy.
- Product Experience: Entries may mention Shokz products where such references are natural, relevant and authentic to the participant’s story. However, this is not required, and the absence of any reference to Shokz products will not disadvantage an otherwise eligible entry.
Prizes will be allocated according to the final selection results. The First Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize will be allocated by Shokz based on the relative strength and suitability of the selected entries, subject to eligibility requirements, prize availability, stock levels and these Terms.
Shokz’s decision regarding winner selection and prize allocation is final, subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
Announcement of winners:
(1) Due to the event's registration deadline, the Winners of the 2026 AJ Bell Great North Run Entry* should complete their registration before 26 June. Failure to register successfully by the deadline will be considered as forfeiture of your entry spot in the event.
(2) All the winners will be announced on Shokz-website Potential at 5:00:00 on 17 June 2026. Winners of Shokz OpenRun Pro 2, Summer Belt will be notified via email which also will specify the details of the prize delivery on 17 June.
Acceptance:
The winners will be required to respond to the Notification email within 7 Calendar days (“Acceptance”); If a winner fails to respond to the email Notification (any reasons including the email is incorrect or has been identified as a marketing email and blocked by the participants' side) within the date and time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the T&Cs, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner. Upon response the Acceptance, the prize is expected to be delivered within 2 weeks, all subject to the actual logistics timeframe.

Notification: Reply within 7 calendar days after the announcement time.
Delivery: 24 June - 8 July (for reference only)
All rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes. The shipping cost of the prizes will be covered by Shokz. Shokz does not guarantee the color or size of the prize, and the actual item received shall prevail. Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of the all elements of the Prize except for the Shokz’s own headphones.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact, delivery of Prize and further marketing purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy [https://uk.shokz.com/pages/shokz-privacy-policy] and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
By submitting a story, each participant grants Shokz and its affiliated companies a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display and distribute the submitted story, in whole or in part, for the purposes of administering the Event and for Shokz’s marketing and promotional purposes, including on Shokz websites, social media channels, email communications and user story pages.
Participants should not include sensitive personal information in their entries, including detailed health information, information about children, or information about other identifiable individuals.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

7. Supplementary Terms for Winner of the 2026 AJ Bell Great North Run Entry
(1) The Winner agrees to actively participate in and support Shokz’s associated marketing initiatives as reasonably requested.
(2) By accepting the 2026 AJ Bell Great North Run entry, the winner acknowledges that participation in the event involves physical exertion and inherent risks. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically able to participate, and for seeking medical advice where appropriate. Shokz is not responsible for assessing the winner’s fitness to participate.
(3) The winner must comply with the applicable 2026 AJ Bell Great North Run event entry terms and conditions, event rules, registration requirements, deadlines and any instructions issued by the event organiser.
