[Guess Who She Is Event] - Terms & Conditions

Organizer
The [Guess Who She Is Event] (the “Event”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
How to Enter
There is one free way to enter: People who enter the drawing (“Participants”) must submit a valid email address on the Shokz website between 00:00:00 on 27 August 2026 and 23:59:59 on 2 September 2026.
During the Event Period, Shokz will reveal one clue about the ambassador each day on the Shokz website. Participants may use these clues to guess the identity of the ambassador.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event.
Event Description

Raffle Prize Pool:
2 winners will each receive one (1) Signed Shirt.
Drawing/Odds: All potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from eligible entries received during the Event Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event.
Ambassador Guess & Facebook Community:
Participants who correctly guess the identity of the ambassador will be eligible to join Shokz’s exclusive Facebook community. Eligible community members may enjoy exclusive benefits on the launch date of the OpenDots 2 Limited Edition Gift Box. Details of such benefits will be subject to the information announced by Shokz.
Announcement of winners:
All winners will be announced on the Shokz website on 3 September 2026. Winners will also be notified via email. The Notification email will specify the information required for prize registration and/or delivery.
Acceptance: The winners will be required to submit the requested prize claim information within 7 business days after the Notification. If the potential winner fails to provide the required information within the indicated period for any reason, including where the email address provided is incorrect or the Notification email has been identified as a marketing email and blocked on the Participant’s side, or is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these T&Cs, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner.
Upon submission of the required information, the prize is expected to be delivered within 2 weeks, subject to the actual logistics timeframe.

Prize Claim Information: Submit within 7 business days after Notification.
Delivery: Expected within 2 weeks after the required prize claim information has been successfully submitted, subject to the actual logistics timeframe.
All rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes. The shipping cost of the prizes will be covered by Shokz. Shokz does not guarantee the color or size of the prize, and the actual item received shall prevail. Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of any elements of the Prize including Shokz’s own headphone products, where applicable.
Warranty
Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of prizes provided or manufactured by third parties.
Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of Event participation, winner contact, Prize delivery and further marketing purposes, in accordance with Shokz’s privacy policy [https://uk.shokz.com/pages/shokz-privacy-policy] and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

By participating in the Event, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
