1. Organizer
The Shokz Preheat Campaign (the “Unlock £5”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
- Participants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom.
3. How to Participate
Unlock £5
- There is one free entry available for every participant.
- Participants must complete the online quiz between 00:00 on 9 September, 2026, and 23:59:59 on 15 September, 2026, and submit a valid email address to qualify.
- The unique £5 discount code will be sent via email. It is valid from 16 September, 2026, to 16 October, 2026, and may be redeemed only once.
- Each participant is limited to one (1) entry. Any attempt to obtain multiple entries using different identities, email addresses, or other methods may result in disqualification.
4. Timeline
- Entry period: 9 September 2026 — 15 September 2026
- Use period: Discount can be used between 16 September 2026 — 16 October 2026
- Discount applied: £5 can only apply on OpenFit Air 2
- Discount code delivery: A unique discount code will be sent to the email address used at the time of purchase immediately upon successful payment.
- Redemption: Codes not redeemed within this period will expire and cannot be reinstated. The discount code may be applied once to a single order and cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers.
- Refund policy: For participants whose discount code remains unused at expiry, no refund request is required.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact, delivery of prizes, and further marketing purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
By participating, attendees agree to the use of their image and name for promotional purposes related to the Event, without additional compensation.
6. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances. By participating in this Event, participants and winners release Shokz from any and all liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described) arising out of participation in the Event and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death, or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable national, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.

By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
