1. Organizer
The Shokz OpenFit Air 2 Launch Lucky Draw Campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Campaign is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
Participants must be legal residents of Great Britain;
Participants must subscribe to the Launch Event List during the Campaign Period;
3. How to Participate
Time: 00:00 on 18 September 2026 - 23:59 on 20 October 2026
Each eligible participant will receive one entry into the prize draw after successfully subscribing to the Launch Event List
Participants are limited to one entry per person. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple phone numbers, different identities, automated methods, or any other methods may result in disqualification.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. Activity Description
Activity: OpenFit Air 2 Launch Lucky Draw
Prize pool:
1 winner will each receive one £129 Coupon
30 winner will each receive one Shokz Drawstring Bags
Drawing:
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The £129 Coupon valid for redemption from 22 October 2026 to 12 November 2026, inclusive. It may be used towards the purchase of any brand-new Shokz product available on the Shokz website, including the newly launched OpenFit Air 2.
Winner notification:
Winners will be selected on or before 22 October 2026 and contacted directly by Shokz via E-mail within 7 calendar days after the winner selection.
5. Acceptance:
Winners will be required to respond to the E-mail notification within 7 calendar days. If a potential winner fails to respond within the specified period, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, their entry may be disqualified. Shokz reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Timeline:
• Entry period: 18 September 2026 – 20 October 2026
• Winner selection: on or before 22 October 2026
• Winner notification: via E-mail within 7 calendar days after winner selection
Prize delivery: within 30 business days after winner verification, subject to logistics arrangements.
All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes. Shipping costs will be covered by Shokz. Shokz does not guarantee the colour, size, or exact contents of the prize headphones.
Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact, delivery of Prize and further marketing purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances. By participating in this Event, Participants and winner release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
