1. Organizer
The "【The Lucky Draw】" event (the "Event") is organized by Shokz (the "Organizer").
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
(1) Participants must be legal residents of England, France, Germany, Italy and Spain who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry , or;
(2) Participants must be legal residents of the Netherlands who are at least 16 years old.
3.How to Enter
There is one free way to enter: People who enter the drawing (“Participants”) must complete the online drawing activity between 00:00 on 29 May 2025 and 11:59:59 on 4 June 2025 to submit a valid email address.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event.
4.Event Description
Activity : 【Lucky Draw】
Raffle Prize pools: 2 winners to receive OpenFit 2+ Giftbox, 5 winners to receive ￡ 20 Giftcard，all participants has 80% chance to get ￡ 5 coupon of OpenFit 2+.
Drawing/Odds: All potential winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event
Announcement of winners: The winners will be announced on Shokz-website Potential at 12:00:00 on 4 June 2025(the standard time of each country shall prevail). Winners will be notified via email which also will specify the details of the prize delivery on 5 June.
Acceptance: The winner will be required to (1)respond to the Notification email within 7 Calendar days; (“Acceptance”)If the potential winner fails to respond to the email Notification (any reasons including the email is incorrect or has been identified as a marketing email and blocked by the participants' side). within the date and time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible,,or if he/she does not comply with the T&Cs, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner.Upon response the Acceptance, the prize is expected to be delivered within 2 weeks, all subject to the actual logistics timeframe.

All rewards, including the activity package and treat prizes【will be distributed only subject to the Notification and 】cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes. The discount code can only be used on the Shokz website (effective from June 5 to June 30), and cannot be combined with other discount codes on the website. The shipping cost of the prizes will be covered by Shokz. Shokz does not guarantee the color or size of the prize, and the actual item received shall prevail. Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of the all elements of the Prize except for the Shokz’s own headphones.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact ,delivery of Prize and further marketing purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy 【https://uk.shokz.com/pages/shokz-privacy-policy】and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
