1. Organizer
The " Win Prime Day exclusive gift " and “ OpenFit 2+ Gift Promotion” (the "Event") are organized by Shokz (the "Organizer").

Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry;Participants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
3. How to Participate
Event 1: Win Prime Day exclusive gift
There's only a free entry: People who place order on products on promotion through Shokz official website via this link from July 8, 2025 to July 11 have the chance to get 1 exclusive Sports Headband and 1 Dupont paper bag.
Event 2: OpenFit 2+ Gift Promotion
There's only a free entry: People who place order on Shokz OpenFit 2+ through Shokz official website from July 8, 2025 to July 11 have the chance to get an exclusive OpenFit 2+ Headphone Case.
4. Event Description
Event 1: Win Prime Day exclusive gift
● Raffle Prize pools:850 winners whose priority orders placed between 8 July, 2025 and 11 July will have the chance to grab 1 exclusive Sports Headband and 1 Dupont paper bag.
● Drawing/Odds: Gifts will be distributed sequentially in the order in which the orders are placed, and stock is limited to first-come, first-served basis.
● Confirmation of Winning Eligibility：Exclusive gifts will be displayed in the shopping cart or checkout screen, if not, please refresh the shopping cart or checkout screen, the final eligibility of the gift is based on actual sequence of the orders.

Event 2: OpenFit 2+ Gift Promotion

Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.By participating in this Event, Participants and winner release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
