The "OpenDots ONE Gift Promotion & Spotify gift card" (the "Event") is organized by Shokz (the "Organizer").
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry and must be legal residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
3. How to Participate
Event1 : Win OpenDots ONE Gift Promotion
There's only a free entry: People who place an order on Shokz OpenDots ONE through Shokz official website from August 21, 2025 have the chance to get an exclusive OpenDots ONE Headphone Case.
Event2:Win a 1-month Spotify membership
There's only a free entry: Subscribers who place an order on Shokz OpenDots ONE through Shokz official website between 21 Aug and 3 Sept have a chance to win a 1-month Spotify gift card.
4. Event Description
Event 1: OpenDots ONE Gift Promotion
● Prize pools: Priority 【100】orders for OpenDots ONE placed from August 21, 2025 will be eligible to receive a limited edition exclusive headphone case from Shokz.
● Rules: Gifts will be distributed sequentially in the order in which the orders are placed, and stock is limited to first-come, first-served basis.
● Confirmation of Winning Eligibility:
■ Gift Added to Cart: When you add an eligible headphone case gift, it appears in your shopping cart and on the checkout page.
■ Real‑Time Availability Check: At the moment you attempt payment, we verify gift stock.ꔷ Out‑of‑Stock Handling:
ꔷ If the case is no longer available at payment time, the transaction will be blocked and you won’t be able to complete payment.
ꔷ The headphone case gift will then be automatically removed from your cart.ꔷ Proceeding with Checkout: After the gift is removed, simply retry checkout to complete your purchase with the remaining items
■ Final Confirmation: Your final order—including any gifts—will be based on the contents of your cart at the moment payment is successfully processed.

● Acceptance:
■ The winner will be required to respond to the Notification email within 7 Calendar days; (“Acceptance”)If the potential winner fails to respond to the email Notification (any reasons including the email is incorrect or has been identified as a marketing email and blocked by the participants' side). within the date and time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible,or if he/she does not comply with the T&Cs, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner.

Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.By participating in this Event, Participants and winner release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
