1. Organizer
The " Shokz x NN Running Team Shakeout Run" event (the "Event") is organized by Shokz and NN Running Team(the "Organizer").
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Participants must be at least 【18】 years old at the time of entry.
3. How to Enter
There is one free way to enter: People who enter the registration (“Participants”) must 【complete the online questionnaire from April 14, 2025 to April 20, 2025】 to submit a valid information.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event.
4. Event Description
The Event consists of 【two】 main activities:
Activity 1: 【Questionnaire & Selection】
Activity 2: 【Shakeout Run】
Participants selection: 【60】selected participants to receive 【an notice Email to attend Activity 2】
Selection: All potential selected participants will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event.
Announcement of selected participants: Potential selected participants will be notified via email which also will specify the details of Activity 2 by Shokz on 【April 21】(the "Notification")
Acceptance: The selected participants will be required to (1)respond to the Notification email within 24 hours; 【and(2) attend Activity 2 in person to provide further eligibility verification and indicate acceptance】.(“Acceptance”)If the potential selected participant fails to respond to the email Notification (any reasons including the email is incorrect or has been identified as a marketing email and blocked by the participants' side). within the time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible, 【or if he/she does not attend Activity 2 in person】,or if he/she does not comply with the T&Cs, such potential selected participant and his/her entry will be disqualified.

Notification:【April 21】.
All rewards, including the activity package and treat prizes【will be distributed only at the event venue and 】cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.The shipping cost of the prizes will be covered by Shokz. Shokz does not guarantee the color or size of the prize, and the actual item received shall prevail. Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of the all elements of the Prize except for the Shokz’s own headphones.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact ,delivery of Prize and further marketing purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy【 https://uk.shokz.com/pages/shokz-privacy-policy 】and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
【By participating, Participants agree Shokz to take, edit and use their image and name for promotional purposes related to the Event, and exploitation of the same worldwide by all media without additional compensation.】
6. Liability
【Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.】
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.By participating in this Event, Participants and winner release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
7. Risk Warning and Acknowledgment
· Participants warrant that they are in good physical condition and health, and are capable of participating in the Event . Shokz bears no liability for any personal injuries, health problems, or death sustained at or after the Event , including those directly or indirectly resulting from any existing medical condition.
·Participants are warned that participation in the Event involves risks of personal injury and/or death, including but not limited to collisions with other participants, fixtures, vehicles, or third parties; falls, slips, impacts with objects or spikes; being struck by objects or other participants; and experiencing psychological symptoms, heart attacks, strokes, heat exhaustion, and dehydration. Participants acknowledge that they have been warned of these risks and that they take part in the Event at their own risk, assuming full responsibility and liability for any personal injury or death.
·Participants acknowledge and accept that Shokz does not provide any sports or personal injury insurance for travel to or participation in the Event . Shokz strongly recommends that participants obtain their own medical, sports, personal injury, public liability, and/or personal accident insurance (including coverage for death, permanent incapacity, and income protection) in connection with their participation in the Event and any related activities.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
