- The Autumn Sale early access campaign starts at 00:00 on 1 October 2026 and ends at 23:59 on 5 October 2026.
- During early access, OpenRun Pro 2 and OpenDots 2 can be reserved with a £5 deposit to secure an exclusive gift. Gifts are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers who make a reservation will receive a product-specific £5 code by email, valid only for the reserved product. When the Autumn Sale starts, customers will receive a purchase link with the code applied. Alternatively, they can enter the code through the reserved-customer section on the sale page. Unused deposits will be refunded on 8 October. Each email address is limited to one reservation.
- All prizes and gifts are designated by Shokz. Prizes and gifts, including headphones, are not covered by Shokz returns or warranties outside of logistical issues.
- Delivery is available to the UK only. Some areas may not be serviceable due to logistical limitations. Please refer to official Shokz delivery notifications for confirmation. Delivery may take up to five business days due to increased demand.
