1. Organizer
The “Autumn Sale Campaign” (the “Event”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry and must be legal residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
3. How to Participate
Event 1: Autumn Sale Gift Reservation
Customers who complete a £5 deposit reservation for selected products between 1 October 2026 and 5 October 2026 can secure the corresponding exclusive gift when placing their order during the launch period (6–7 October 2026).
Event 2: Autumn Sale Surprise Gift
Customers who place a qualifying order during the Autumn Sale period (6–7 October 2026) are eligible to receive one Surprise Gift, subject to the requirements below.
A qualifying order must meet the following criteria:
The net amount paid for eligible products must be £159 or more in a single order, after all discounts and excluding shipping fees.
The threshold is calculated based on a single order only. Multiple orders cannot be combined to qualify for the Surprise Gift.
The promotion applies only to eligible products purchased on the Shokz official website. Accessories are excluded from this promotion.
Event 3: Free Order
Customers can enter the Free Order Event by submitting their email and placing a qualifying Autumn Sale order.
A total of 2 winners will be selected, with winners announced on the campaign page on 9 October.
Refunds will be issued by 12 October to the original payment method.
Valid Autumn Sale orders only.
4/ Event Description
Event 1: Autumn Sale Gift Reservation

Rules:
Each Autumn Sale Kit includes the designated free gifts shown on the campaign page. Autumn Sale Kits and kit gifts are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Kit gifts cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or alternative gifts.
Reserved customers may use their kit-specific £5 code for the reserved kit during the Autumn Sale Sale. The code is valid only for the reserved kit and cannot be used for other kits or products.
Confirmation of Eligibility:
Cart Display: Eligible kit gifts will appear in your shopping cart and at checkout when the selected Autumn Sale Kit is added to cart.
Real-Time Stock Verification: At the moment of payment, the system will confirm available Autumn Sale Kit and gift stock.
Out-of-Stock Handling:
If the selected Autumn Sale Kit or its designated kit gifts are unavailable at payment time, the transaction may be blocked and you may not be able to complete payment.
If the unavailable kit or gift is removed from your cart, simply retry checkout to complete your purchase with the remaining items.
Final Confirmation: The final order, including any applicable gifts, will be based on the contents of your cart at the moment payment is successfully processed.
Event 2: Autumn Sale Surprise Gift
Eligible customers will receive one Surprise Gift randomly assigned from the available gift pool.
A total of 500 Surprise Gifts are available during the campaign period and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
The Surprise Gift pool includes:
350 × Waterproof Bag
140 × Running Belt
9 × OpenFit Refurbished Headphones
1 × OpenFit Air 2
The Surprise Gift assigned to each qualifying order will be determined randomly and cannot be selected by customers. All gifts are designated by Shokz and, including headphones, are not covered by Shokz returns or warranties outside of logistical issues.
Rules
Each qualifying order is eligible to receive one Surprise Gift only, regardless of the number of eligible products purchased in the same order.
Surprise Gifts cannot be exchanged, transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
The available Surprise Gift type is randomly assigned and cannot be guaranteed or requested.
Surprise Gifts are limited to 500 units in total and are available until stock runs out.
Confirmation of Eligibility
Cart Display: Eligible customers will see the Surprise Gift added to their cart when the qualifying order meets the required threshold. Adding a Bundle without the reservation code may exceed the threshold, but you won't qualify for the Surprise Gift. Eligibility is based on the post-discount total.
Checkout Confirmation: The final Surprise Gift included in the order will be confirmed at checkout.
Stock Verification: Gift availability will be verified at the time payment is successfully completed.
Out-of-Stock Handling: If Surprise Gifts are no longer available at the time of checkout, customers may complete their purchase without receiving a Surprise Gift. The availability of Surprise Gifts is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully completed.
Event 3: Free Order
Customers can enter the Free Order Event by submitting their email and placing a qualifying Autumn Sale order.

5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact, delivery of Prize and further marketing purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances. By participating in this Event, Participants and winner release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
