1. Organizer
The “Shokz x Insta360 More to Life” promotion (the “Event”) is organized by Shokz and Insta360 (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry; Participants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
3. How to Participate

There is one free way to enter: People who enter the game (“Participants”) must submit a valid email address to subscribe to email newsletter from October 9th 2026 to October 15th 2026.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event
4. Event Description
Event: Shokz x Insta360 More to Life
● Raffle Prize pools:
1st Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 Earphones and (1) Insta360 Go Ultra
2nd Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 Earphones
Prize values are subject to the information displayed on the official store product page.
The Organizers will contact the winners by email to confirm their delivery details and arrange for the prizes to be shipped to their designated addresses within the United Kingdom.
All other participants will receive exclusive limited-time discount codes for the Shokz UK Website and the Insta360 Official Store, respectively. The discount codes are subject to the following terms and conditions:

● Drawing/Odds: All potential winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event.
● Announcement of winners: Potential winner will be notified via email which also will specify the details of the prize delivery by organizer on 【October 16th 2026】(the ""Notification"")
● Acceptance:
The winner will be required to respond to the Notification email within 7 Calendar days; (“Acceptance”)If the potential winner fails to respond to the email Notification (any reasons including the email is incorrect or has been identified as a marketing email and blocked by the participants' side). within the date and time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the T&Cs, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified. Shokz and Insta360 will not provide an alternate prize winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6.Liability
Organizer shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances. By participating in this Event, Participants and winner release Shokz and Insta360 from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
