1. Organiser
The "Shokz x parkrun: Happy Birthday Challenge" (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") is organised by Shokz (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
● Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
● Participants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom.
3. How to enter
There is one free way to enter: individuals who complete the Shokz x parkrun: Happy Birthday Challenge can follow the instructions on the landing page and submit a valid email address to enter the draw.
* Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event.
4. Prize
● 5 winners will each receive The Ultimate Running Kit (including 1 x Shokz OpenDots One, 1 x parkrun Co-branded Tote Bag, 1 x Runna Annual Subscription, 1 x Runna Socks, and 1 x Brooks Ghost 17 Running Shoes).
● 95 winners will each receive 1 x parkrun Co-branded Tote Bag.
● All participants from the UK who complete the challenge will receive a unique discount code for designated products.
5. Draw
All potential winners will be selected through a random draw. The chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible participants.
6. Announcement & Notification
● Potential winners will be notified via email by Shokz on 31 October 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Notification") and will also be announced on the relevant page of Shokz's official website.
● Winners must reply to the Notification email within 48 hours. Failure to respond — whether due to an incorrect email address, spam filtering, ineligibility, or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions — will result in disqualification. No alternative prize will be offered.
7. Timeline:
● Selection and Announcement: 31 October 2025
● Notification: 31 October 2025. Winners must reply before 3 November 2025.
● Delivery: Upon successful response or completion of the prize claim form, prizes are expected to be delivered within two weeks, subject to actual logistics timelines.
● Additional Conditions:
* All rewards cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or substituted for any other prize.
* Discount codes are exclusively applicable on the Shokz official website and not stackable with other coupons. The users should copy the corresponding discount code and use it at checkout to enjoy the discount.
* The £10 OFF discount code is valid for the following products: OpenDots One, OpenFit 2, OpenFit 2+, OpenFit, OpenFit Air, OpenMove, OpenRun, OpenRun Pro 2, OpenSwim, and OpenSwim Pro headphones.
* The £10 OFF discount code is valid from 4 October 2025 to 31 October 2025.
* Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of any prizes, except for Shokz headphones. Products purchased at discounted prices enjoy the same Shokz warranty policy.
8. Liability
● Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
● By participating in this Event, participants and winners release Shokz from any and all liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death, or property damage.
● Winners are solely responsible for all applicable country, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of contacting participants, delivering prizes, and for further marketing purposes, in accordance with Shokz’s Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
