1. Organizer
The "TryShokzOn @ HOKA Val d’Aran by UTMB" event (the "Event") is organized by SHOKZ (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. (the "Organizer").
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
• Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
• Participants must be legal participants of the HOKA Val d’Aran by UTMB 2025 event.
There is one free way to enter: People who enter the drawing (“Participants”) must complete the online registration form between June 16, 2025 and June 22, 2025, and submit a valid email address.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event.
4. Event Description
The Event consists of two main activities:
Activity 1: Registration & Winner Selection
• Raffle Prize pool: 30 winners will receive one (1) pair of Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 headphones and gain the opportunity to attend Activity 2.
• Drawing/Odds: All potential winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event.
• Announcement of winners: Potential winners will be notified via email by Shokz on June 20, 2025 (the "Notification").
• Acceptance: The winners will be required to (1) respond to the Notification email within five (5) calendar days; and (2) attend Activity 2 in person to collect the prize and complete the required action (see below) (“Acceptance”).
If the potential winner fails to respond to the email Notification (for any reason, including incorrect email address or email being blocked/marked as spam) within the time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible, or does not attend Activity 2 in person, or does not comply with the T&Cs, the potential winner and their entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner.
Activity 2: On-Site Prize Collection & Submission
• Winners must collect their prize at the Shokz booth at the HOKA Val d’Aran by UTMB event between July 2 and July 5, 2025, during booth opening hours.
• Winners must wear the headphones during their UTMB race.
• After the race, each winner must submit three (3) high-quality photos of themselves wearing the headphones during the event by July 20, 2025, via the official Shokz Team chat group.
Failure to attend Activity 2 in person or to submit the required photos by the deadline will be considered as forfeiture of the prize.
Timeline:
• Entry: June 16 – June 22, 2025
• Winner Announcement & Notification: June 23, 2025
• Acceptance Deadline: June 27, 2025
• On-site Pickup: July 2 – July 5, 2025
• Photo Submission Deadline: July 20, 2025
All rewards must be picked up on-site and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes. Shokz will not ship prizes. Shokz does not guarantee the color or size of the headphones, and the actual item received shall prevail. Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of any elements of the prize except for the Shokz headphones.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contacting winners, prize delivery, and further marketing purposes, in accordance with Shokz’s privacy policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
By participating, attendees agree to the use of their image and name for promotional purposes related to the Event, without additional compensation.
6. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
By participating in this Event, participants and winners release Shokz from any and all liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death, or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable country, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
