Shokz Chasing Stars Challenge —Terms Conditions

1. Organiser
The "Shokz Chasing Stars Challenge" (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") is hosted by Shokz (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").

2. Elegibility
The Event is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Prizes will only be delivered to the following countries and regions: the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Australia, Spain, Indonesia, Brazil, the United States, and Canada.
Discount codes are only available to participants from the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Australia, Spain, Indonesia, Brazil, the United States, and Canada.

3.How to enter
To enter the draw, Participants must submit a valid email address. Only ONE entry is per participant.
*Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification.

5.Prize
Grand Prize (2 Winners)
Each winner will receive Shokz Chasing Star Status, which includes:
● One (1) race entry to a select 2026 Abbott World Marathon Major, and
● One (1) Marathon-Exclusive OpenRun Pro 2 gift box.

Eligible races include:
● The 2026 Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS
● BMW Berlin Marathon
● Bank of America Chicago Marathon
● TCS New York City Marathon

Each winner may select one (1) race from the eligible events listed above. Race entry allocation is subject to availability and confirmation by the respective race organiser. While the Organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner's preferred race selection, the Organiser does not guarantee availability of any specific event. If a preferred race cannot be fulfilled, an alternative eligible Major race may be offered.

Other Prizes
● 20 winners will each receive OpenRun Pro 2 headphones.
● 40 winners will each receive a Unicorn headband, a Boston Marathon tote bag, Boston Marathon stickers, a London Marathon tote bag and a Cowbell

Finisher Reward – Discount Code
All eligible participants who successfully complete the Challenge in accordance with the Event requirements (“Finishers”) will receive a twenty percent (20%) discount code.
The discount code is a guaranteed reward for completion of the Challenge and is not subject to random draw.
Issuance Method
• For participants in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Australia, Spain, the United States, and Canada:The discount code will be displayed on the designated landing page upon successful completion of the Challenge and may be copied and redeemed directly on the applicable official Shokz website. Each code is unique and valid for one (1) use only.
• For participants in Brazil:The discount code will be displayed on the designated landing page upon successful completion of the Challenge and may be copied and redeemed on Shokz’s authorized distributor website, operated by the authorized distributor. Each code is unique and valid for one (1) use only.
• For participants in Indonesia:A common discount code will be displayed on the designated landing page upon successful completion of the Challenge. The code may be redeemed on Shokz’s authorized distributor website, operated by the authorized distributor.

Discount Code Conditions
● The discount code is valid from 17 April 2026 to 14 May 2026 (inclusive).
● The discount code is applicable only on the official Shokz website corresponding to the participant’s country/region. For participants in Brazil and Indonesia, the discount code is redeemable on Shokz’s authorized distributor website, operated by the authorized distributor.
● The discount code applies to full-priced products only.
● The discount code is not applicable to:
– Marathon-Exclusive OpenRun Pro 2 (World Marathon Majors Edition)
– OpenFit Pro
● The discount code cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, coupon, or offer.
● Each unique discount code is valid for one (1) use only.
Shokz reserves the right to modify or withdraw the discount offer in the event of misuse, technical error, or unforeseen circumstances.

Group Goal Reward (6 Winners)
If the total distance logged by all participants collectively reaches the equivalent of 421.95 laps around the Earth (approximately 16,909,000 km),6 winners will each receive a Marathon-exclusive OpenRun Pro 2

6.Draw
All potential winners will be selected through a random draw. Your chance of winning depends on the number of eligible participants.
The Finisher discount code is a guaranteed reward upon successful completion of the Challenge and is not part of the random draw.

7.Announcement
Potential winner will be notified via email by Shokz on 15 May 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Notification") and will be announced on Shokz's official website.

8.Rule
Winners must reply to the notification email within 48 hours. Failure to respond—due to an incorrect email, spam filtering, ineligibility, or non-compliance with the T&Cs—will result in disqualification. with no alternate winner selected. No alternate prize will be offered.

9.Timeline
Selection and Announcement: 15 May 2026 .
Notification: 15 May 2026. Reply BEFORE 17 May 2026 .
Delivery: Upon successful response or completion of the prize claim form, the prize is expected to be delivered within two weeks, subject to actual logistics timelines.

10.Prize Conditions
All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items.

For the Grand Prize:
● Shokz provides the race bib only and does not provide insurance coverage or assume liability beyond legal requirements.
● Winners acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in marathon events and accept full responsibility for any resulting loss, injury, or damage.
● Winners must comply with all official registration procedures and deadlines set by the race organisers. Failure to complete registration or meet deadlines may result in forfeiture of the prize, for which Shokz bears no responsibility.
● Any attempt to transfer, resell, or otherwise misuse the race bib will result in immediate disqualification.
● Shokz is not responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other race-related expenses.
● The winner's registered email address will be the sole method of verification for claiming the race bib. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure the email address remains active and accessible throughout the redemption process.

11.Warranty
Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of all prizes except Shokz-branded headphones, which are covered by the standard Shokz warranty policy.
Products purchased using discount codes are eligible for the same Shokz warranty policy.

12. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants' personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact , delivery of Prize and further marketing purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
If you do not want us to use your email address to send you marketing materials or non-transactional promotional materials, you can easily opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of any of our email messages. Alternatively, you may contact us by sending an email to privacy@shokz.com to request removal from our marketing communications.
For text (SMS/MMS) messages, if you wish to opt out, simply follow the instructions included in the messages you receive from Shokz. You can also reach out to us via email at privacy@shokz.com to opt out of receiving text messages.

13. Liability
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in the event of unforeseen circumstances. By participating, Participants and Winners agree that Shokz is not liable for any damages, losses, or causes of action (whether known or unknown) related to or arising from their participation in the Event, or from the receipt or use/misuse of any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage.

The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, including federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any taxes imposed on their income.

14. Consent
By participating, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
