1. Organizer
The Shokz WhatsApp Subscription Campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Campaign is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
Participants must be legal residents of Great Britain;
Participants must subscribe to the Shokz WhatsApp channel during the Campaign Period;
Participants must provide a valid mobile phone number capable of receiving WhatsApp messages.
3. How to Participate
To enter the Campaign, participants must subscribe to the Shokz WhatsApp channel between 00:00 on 1 July 2026 and 23:59 on 31 July 2026.
Each eligible participant will receive one entry into the prize draw after successfully subscribing to the Shokz WhatsApp channel.
Participants are limited to one entry per person. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple phone numbers, different identities, automated methods, or any other methods may result in disqualification.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. Activity Description
Activity: Shokz WhatsApp Subscription Lucky Draw
Prize pool:
4 winners will each receive one Shokz TCS London Marathon Co-branded OpenRun Pro 2.
Drawing:
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner notification:
Winners will be selected on or before 7 August 2026 and contacted directly by Shokz via WhatsApp within 7 calendar days after the winner selection using the mobile phone number provided at the time of subscription.
5. Acceptance:
Winners will be required to respond to the WhatsApp notification within 7 calendar days. If a potential winner fails to respond within the specified period, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, their entry may be disqualified. Shokz reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Timeline:
• Entry period: 1 July 2026 – 31 July 2026 (11:59 PM London Time)
• Winner selection: on or before 7 August 2026
• Winner notification: via WhatsApp within 7 calendar days after winner selection
Prize delivery: within 30 business days after winner verification, subject to logistics arrangements.
All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes. Shipping costs will be covered by Shokz. Shokz does not guarantee the colour, size, or exact contents of the prize headphones. Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of prize elements other than Shokz’s own products.
Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of conducting the Campaign, administering the prize draw, notifying winners, arranging prize delivery, and sending WhatsApp marketing communications where the participant has provided consent.
By subscribing to the Shokz WhatsApp channel, participants agree to receive WhatsApp messages from Shokz in accordance with applicable laws and Shokz’s privacy policy.
Participants may unsubscribe from WhatsApp communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the WhatsApp message or by contacting Shokz customer support.
Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, network charges, mobile service costs, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with the Campaign.
Shokz is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, undelivered, or not received due to technical issues, network failures, WhatsApp service interruptions, or any other circumstances beyond Shokz’s reasonable control.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign in case of unforeseen circumstances. By participating in this Campaign, participants and winners release Shokz from any and all liability, damages, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Campaign and/or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death, or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable national, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income.
Participants should only rely on communications from Shokz’s official or verified WhatsApp account and other official Shokz channels. Shokz will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from communications, links, requests, or instructions from unauthorised third parties falsely claiming to represent Shokz.
Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
