Terms and Conditions:
The Haunted Listen event is owned by SHOKZ (SINGAPORE) PTE.LTD.(“Shokz”) and operated by Anomaly.
Shokz is the sponsor of the event, while Anomaly is responsible for the operational execution, including but not limited to participant recruitment, communication, selection and event management.

1. Eligible entrants:
1.1 The Event is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and who have attained the age of majority under the applicable laws of their jurisdiction.
1.2 Each entrant may submit only one application on their own behalf. Entrants shall provide complete, truthful, and accurate information. Any falsification or misrepresentation shall entitle Shokz and/or Anomaly to disqualify the entrant immediately.

- Application Period: September 29 – October 8

- Announcement of Participants: October 9
- Offline Experience Day: October 14
3. Application and Selection
3.1 To apply, entrants must submit their video content and a valid email address via the official Shokz UK website (https://uk.shokz.com/) during the application period.
3.2 Submission of an application shall not constitute acceptance into the Event and does not confer any entitlement to participate.
3.3 The selection of participants shall be conducted exclusively by Anomaly.
3.4 Entrants acknowledge and agree that Shokz and Anomaly shall not be liable for, nor shall entrants have any claim arising from, the non-selection of their application.
3.5 Selected participants will be notified by Anomaly via direct message through Instagram or TikTok. Shokz will also publish the names and social media account identifiers of selected participants on the official Shokz website. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring that they can be contacted through the information provided. Failure to respond within the period specified in the notification shall result in forfeiture without substitution or compensation.
4.Event Participation and Travel
4.1 Selected participants shall be invited to attend the Haunted Listen Event and filming in Tbilisi, Georgia, on October 14, 2025.
4.2 All travel, accommodation, and related logistical arrangements shall be organized and managed by Anomaly, and all costs and expenses in connection therewith shall be borne exclusively by Anomaly. Participants must hold valid travel documents (including but not limited to passports and visas where required) and shall be solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable entry and travel regulations.
4.3 In the event a selected participant is unable to travel or fails to meet the requirements set forth in these Terms, such participant shall forfeit their right to attend without compensation.
4.4 In consideration of the mutual benefits of participating in this Event, each participant hereby grants Anomaly (including its successors, assignees and licensees), Shokz, its group companies, affiliates, and third-party agencies (collectively, the “Organizer”) full permission to film, record, and/or photograph them during the Shoot for inclusion in a commercial entitled “The Haunted Listen.
5. License of Name and Likeness
5.1 By participating in the Event, each participant grants the Organizer a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use their name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and performance (collectively, the “Likeness”), including any film, recording, or photograph taken during the Event, for promotional, advertising, commercial, and publicity purposes, without additional compensation.
5.2 This authorization includes use across all media channels now known or hereafter developed. Participants waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials in which their Likeness appears.
6. Risk and Liability
6.1 Participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with international travel, physical activity, and on-site filming.
6.2 Each participant warrants that they are in good physical and mental condition and fit for participation.
6.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shokz disclaims any and all liability for loss, injury, accident, illness, property damage, or death arising from or in connection with participation in the Event.
6.4 Responsibility for the safe execution of the Event, including risk management during travel and the offline experience, shall rest with Anomaly as the event operator.
6.5 Participants shall obtain and maintain, at their own expense, adequate travel, health, and personal accident insurance coverage for the duration of their participation.
7.Privacy Policy
7.1 Data Collection and Use: Shokz will collect and process personal data provided by entrants (including but not limited to email address, submitted video, and social media account details) for the purposes of administering the Event .
7.2 Marketing Communications: Upon providing separate consent, entrants agree that Shokz may use their email address to send product news, promotional offers, updates, surveys, and other marketing communications. Entrants may withdraw consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in such communications.
7.3 Publication of Social Media Accounts: By accepting selection as a participant in the Event, entrants expressly consent to the publication of their social media account identifiers (e.g., Instagram or TikTok handle) on Shokz’s official website and/or official communication channels, for the purpose of announcing participants and promoting the Event.
7.4 Disclosure: Shokz may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or pursuant to valid legal process. Personal information will not otherwise be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent, except as necessary for the administration of the Event.
7.5 Privacy Policy: By submitting an application, entrants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of the Event.
