I may be 61 years old but I've no intentions of retiring for a long time yet and I'm still capable of running a sub 3hrs 30mins marathon. I couldn't be without them. How does this even work? They quickly became an essential part of my kit! I started running with some sports earbuds and whilst it served a purpose it wasn't great, I always had that throbbing sound. If I had been plugged into any other headphones I may have missed the opportunity of a lifetime. I was wearing my Shokz during my Transatlantic row crossing.
