Born and raised in the countryside of a small town in Quebec, Canada, Marianne Hogan is a professional ultrarunner with Salomon. The youngest of four siblings, she grew up practicing all kinds of sports before building herself as a triathlete. Later in life, she discovered ultrarunning—and never looked back.
Drawn by the supportive community and the wholesome spirit of the sport, Marianne found her purpose on the trails. Her passion for exploration, culture, and human connection has taken her across the globe, one race at a time.
Her competitive spirit and resilience have led to impressive results in some of the world’s most prestigious races. In 2024, she secured 3rd place at the iconic UTMB® Mont-Blanc (171km). In 2023, she claimed 2nd at Ultra-Trail Cape Town (UTCT), and back in 2022, she earned another 3rd place finish at the legendary Western States Endurance Run (100 miles). These performances have established her as one of the strongest and most inspiring female athletes in the global ultrarunning scene.
Marianne continues to chase new horizons, not just with speed and strength, but with joy, curiosity, and a deep love for the wild places that fuel her soul.
