1. Which country should I register in?

a. Please register on the official website of the country where you would like to recommend our products to the users.

b. Currently, the affiliate program is available in the UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Japan and Australia.

c. Make sure you choose the right Current shop when you login. Only by choosing the right country link will you get the affiliate link and affiliate coupon of the corresponding website, which will allow your commission to be counted correctly!

2. How do I log in?

a. Visit the official Shokz website of your country and access the login panel via ABOUT US -- Become an Affiliate -- APPLY NOW!

*If you already have an account, click Login in the upper right corner of the page to log in.

b. Enter your email address and password. The email verification will be sent to your email address (from Shokz ) after you submit your registration information. After you complete the verification steps from your email you will receive a successful registration notification.

3. How can I share my affiliate link/affiliate code?

a. In the Dashboard you can see your affiliate link, copy it and share it, if the user clicks on the link and makes a purchase, you will get a commission.

b. If the program you joined has an affiliate coupon then you can also promote it by sharing the coupon. You will get commission if the user creates an order through an affiliate coupon that you shared.

c. Check that you choose the right Current shop for your country. Only by choosing the right country link will you get the affiliate link and affiliate coupon of the corresponding website. This ensures that your commission is counted correctly!

4. How can I check my sales performance?

a. View your performance on the Dashboard, where you can select the corresponding Date, Source, and Status of the order.

b. At Referrals, you will see the amount of your orders.

c. At Commissions, you'll see the amount of commission you've earned.

d. At Sales, you will see the amount of sales generated through your link/discount code.

e. At Clicks, you'll know how many people have clicked on the links you've shared.

5. How do I add a payment method?

a. Set the new payment method in Setting-Payment, and your commission will be paid to the account you specify.

a. You can choose to fill in your bank transfer details or Paypal account number, but we strongly recommend using Paypal The rate of bank transfer is fixedso you may not be able to complete the payment in the case of a small commission amount.

b. For those who choose to make bank transfers, we strongly recommend that you choose an international account rather than a local account, as commission transfers involve cross-border remittances, and local accounts may not be able to complete payments due to bank regulations.

6. How often do I get my commission?

a. without Paypal payout

• i. We will pay you a quarterly commission, in March, June, September and December our staff will contact you by email and send you an invoice of the commission paid to you for your signature. Please keep checking for emails from @shokz.com!
• ii. Payment will be finalized within 10 working days after signature confirmation, please contact our staff in time if there is any problem.

• i. We will pay the previous month's commission each month, for example you will receive July's commission in September.

7. What if a user I recommended for purchase asks for a refund?

a. If you have already received this commission: this commission does not need to be refunded, we will deduct this fee from the panel and the payment amount will be subtracted from the amount of the commission for the following month.

b. If you haven't received this commission yet: you won't be able to get it, it will be deducted automatically from the panel.
